GHALANAI: About a dozen boys and girls primary schools in Haleemzai tehsil are short of teachers and have no boundary wall or other basic facilities like drinking water, washrooms and electricity.
Locals complained that on the one hand the government made tall claims about achieving 100 per cent enrollment in the government schools, but on the other, it had failed to provide basic facilities like teachers, drinking water and boundary walls to the schools.
