HUSSAIN Mohiuddin Qadri, the younger son of Minhajul Quran International chief Dr Tahirul Qadri, has earned a PhD from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, said a press release on Sunday. Dr Qadri’s elder son Hasan Mohiuddin Qadri had already done his PhD a couple of years ago from an Australian university.
