LAHORE: Schoolteachers in Punjab are gearing up for a protest march on November 7 against government’s “anti-education policies”.
Teachers demand that the government fulfil its pledge to improve their service structure.
Under the banner of Punjab Teachers Union (PTU), they have been struggling for their rights for the last couple of years and presented several demands to the Punjab government. But none of their demands has been met so far.
