ISLAMABAD: Leading cultural institutions of the twin cities, like the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) and Lok Virsa, celebrated the year 2012 with 200 cultural programmes to involve the masses in exploring the soft expressions of art as well as to promote cultural values among the young generation.
