Baloch student wins scholarship
LAHORE: A brilliant student of Government College University (GCU) Lahore’s Political Science Department has been awarded a Rhodes Scholarship for the year 2013. He will study at Oxford University of UK. Rafiullah Kakar, 23, belongs to a remote village of Balochistan.
