LAHORE – Punjab Ombudsman Khalid Mehmood has directed the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) to withdraw the unreasonable decision of fixing minimum age limit for enrolment in Matriculation examination which is also the violation of children rights warranted by the UN Charter.
Since no minimum age limit was prescribed for the students who appeared in middle standard examination, so, it qualified them for admission in class 9.
