The summary moved to Ministry of Capital Administration and Development (CAD) for payment of hiring allowance worth Rs620 million to teachers working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has been rejected by its finance wing on five legal grounds, the sources told this scribe here on Wednesday.
The sources said summary (serial number 2-1 (6) 2011/B&D) was sent on September 14 this year, but the relevant wing of the CAD Ministry stated
