The Defence Central Library (DCL), located on Sunset Boulevard, DHA Phase-II, is organising literary, educational and cultural functions for the public from December 20 to 22 to mark its 21st anniversary.
The functions will include a three-day grand book fair, a literary seminar, an exquisite Mehfil-e-Mushaira and ‘Ek Shaam Himayat Shair Ka Naam’.
