Participants in a seminar on Monday agreed that it was the collective mistake of all the state institutions in handling grievances of East Pakistan which caused its separation.
The seminar was organised by Punjab University’s Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS) in collaboration with Department of Political Science “Dismemberment of Pakistan December 16, 1971.”
