Speakers at a seminar have termed lack of effective policies and technical education main reasons f poverty, saying that well-planed policies and improved standard of education can help Pakistan control the menace.
They were speaking at a seminar “Poverty in Punjab, Measurement Methods, Problem and Solution,” jointly organised by the Mir Khalilur Rahman Memorial Society (Jang Group of Newspapers), United Nation Development Fund (UNDP) and Punjab Planning
