Founder principal of the National College of Arts, Lahore, passed away

The gallery6, Islamabad, has released news of the death of a man who contributed significantly to the development of arts in Pakistan. Mark Writter Sponenburgh (1916-2012), founder principal of the National College of Arts, Lahore, passed away peacefully at the age of 95 in his home at Seal Rock, Oregon, USA, on December 6.
