International Islamic University Islamabad hires teacher before completion of PhD

<strong>ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) appointed a faculty member under the fresh PhD project before the teacher was awarded the degree by a foreign university, it has been learnt.</strong>
