PESHAWAR: The Islamia College University (ICU) currently seems to be functioning under three registrars, resulting in serious administrative problems, sources said on Friday.
The sources said the registrar of the university Prof Gohar Zaman was relieved from the office on December 13 and Assistant Registrar Nasreen Ghaffar was asked to work as registrar till further orders. They added that on December 15 Gohar Zaman moved court against the decision and was granted
