KARACHI: Acknowledging the services of NED University of Engineering and Technology’s vice chancellor, Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan, chancellor of the public sector universities in the province, has left it to Abul Kalam whether to call it a day or continue as the head of the university as long as he desires, sources told Dawn.
