The University of Karachi syndicate has decided that the varsity’s non-teaching employees of grade 17 and above would not be promoted if their retirement was due shortly.
At a meeting chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaisar, it was further decided that the employees of university could move the high court only if they had approached all other forums under the government rules for their service matters, it was stated in a press release
