Not more than 5 connections against 1 CNIC
The PTA on Monday barred mobile operators from selling SIMs to a customer already having five registered number against its national identity card. It is likely that mobile companies, in future, would be asked to block SIMs if a consumer has more than five SIMs against its ID.
