ISLAMABAD - A three-day `Pakistan Mountain Festival’ would start here on December 10 at Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) in connection with International Mountain Day to be observed on December 11 every year. The festival is organized by Development Communications Network (DEVCOM) in collaboration with Social Economic Environment Development, EvK2CNR, ICIMOD.
