MINGORA: Senior Science (SS) teachers staged protest here on Thursday against the new upgrading policy for the teachers.
The protesters led by Shaukat Ali, Zikria Bacha, Ayub Khan and others said the teachers had rejected the policy, as they argued it would deprive senior teachers of promotion.
They said SS teachers had been performing duties at the same scale for 20 years while most junior teachers had been promoted. They also demanded proper service structure
