RAWALPINDI - Headmasters and headmistresses have again imposed ban on availing casual leave by the teachers in government schools all over the district. The signatures of the teachers are being obtained on a form this time containing the orders barring them from availing casual leave. On the other hand executive district officer education Rawalpindi has expressed ignorance about this development.
