HYDERABAD, Dec 17: The Sindh University Teachers Association (Suta) continues to remain embroiled in a controversy over its own legitimacy with the election committee having partially withheld the results of the 18 executive council members and some of the newly-elected office-bearers holding meetings without a council formally being in place.
