Unidentified bike-riders kidnapped a minor boy who was on his way to school on Monday morning.
It is second incident of kidnapping of minors during last 24 hours. Earlier, a seven-year-old student was abducted by two bike-riding young men on Sunday when he was going to a shop to get candies, police said.
