Upcoming elections to be free and transparent, Rafiq Engineer

KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Special Education & Archives Rafique Engineer has said that Kalabagh Dam had been rejected by the people of Pakistan, therefore it would not be constructed and in this regard three Provincial Assemblies have passed a resolution against the construction of Kala Bagh Dam.
