<strong>ISLAMABAD: Dr Aamir Hanif Raja is the first ever visually impared teacher of history who has completed his PhD.</strong>
In his research paper, he has a comparison between the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and European Union (EU).
The 39-year-old Dr Aamir belonged to Kirpa, a rural area of the federal capital, and completed his studies despite all the hurdles and problems.
He was selected as a teacher and now has been teaching as an Assistant Professor
