ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has welcomed the ECP notification in which it has banned all kinds of recruitments in any government departments and diversion of funds already allocated to developments projects across the country, ahead of the general elections.
In a statement issued here, PILDAT stated that such steps, if effectively implemented across the board, would strengthen the confidence of voters on the Election
