PUNJAB Minister for Education Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman has said that social workers should also create awareness about social taboos as well as poverty issues to reduce dropouts.
According to a handout, talking to a delegation of students at his office on Monday, he also stressed registration of every newborn through a unique identification number.
