KARACHI: The Inter-Collegiate Bilingual Declamation Contest 2013 was held at Defence Authority Degree College here
on Thursday.
Students of more than 15 leading educational institutions of the city took part in the contest. Mehtab Akbar Rashidi, former Secretary Education, was the chief guest on the occasion.
Expressing her views, Rashidi said that although the present scenario was depressing, the new generation constituted ray of hope and optimism for a bright future of the country. She
