BAHAWALPUR - DCO Dr Naeem Rauf has said that Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) is imparting the training of various skills to the youth under the Punjab Government’s Skill Development Fund (PSDF) Programme, which will enable them to earn a living but also enhance the economic uplift of the area.
He was addressing the certificate distribution ceremony of the conclusion of four month’s Photography Course organised jointly by University College of Art and Design and Punjab Skill
