Rawalpindi: A lecture on ‘Interfaith Dialogue in Islam and Christianity’ was arranged at the Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) here on Tuesday.
Masooma Batool, in-charge of the Islamic Studies Department, highlighted aims and objectives of the inter-religion dialogue. She said that interfaith dialogue is necessary and the first step in establishing it is forgetting the past, ignoring polemical arguments and giving precedence to common points, which far outnumber polemical ones.
