The Lahore High Court (LHC), Rawalpindi bench’s judge, Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, has declared appointment of University of Wah Cantonment’s Acting Vice Chancellor (AVC), Dr Maqbool Ahmad, as without lawful authority.
Justice Najafi directed the educational authorities of the Punjab government to immediately appoint a vice chancellor at Wah University without any further delay. He passed these orders after hearing the three separate writ petitions
