LAHORE
AN Additional District and Sessions Judge issued arrest warrants for two sub-inspectors, one inspector and three employees of Punjab University allegedly involved in implicating a man in false case and torturing him to death.The court has directed authorities concerned to make sure the arrest of said accused and produce them before the court by February 15.
