Notice to director Admin and accounts officer of a private university

A district consumer court on Monday issued notice to director Admin and accounts officer of a private university for March 6 in a suit seeking damages for not returning hostel dues to a student.As per details, complainant Muhammad Akram submitted that he had deposited Rs10,000 as hostel security to Nadeem Farooqi, director Admin and Muhammad Awais Iqbal, accounts officer, of the university where his daughter was an MBA student.
