The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday issued notices to the education secretary, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and others on a petition against the proposed constitution of a higher education commission by the provincial government.
The petition was filed by the Pak-China Foundation through its coordinator Sheikh Mohammad Waliullah Alam, who challenged the proposed constitution of a higher education commission in the province.
