KARACHI: Rehabilitation Centre at Karachi Central Jail, will work as a correctional facility and impart vocational training to inmates, in order to rehabilitate them back into society.
Law and Prisons Minister, Mahmood Mandviwala made the statement at the foundation laying ceremony on Thursday.
