PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Engineer Shaukatullah has stressed the need to expedite efforts for allowing charter of degree awarding institution to the Edwards College, Peshawar which, he added, is the long standing demand of the faculty and its other stake holders.
