The two-day All-Pakistan Music Conference (APMC) got off to a fine start on the lawns of the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) Friday evening. The conference showcased the profuse musical talent all over the country, which has flourished despite the spells of inhibitive cultural circumstances at various junctures of our national history.
