PESHAWAR : The University of Peshawar has introduced a new procedure for promotion of faculty members, which will be based on evaluation of their performance conducted through students.
The decision was taken at a meeting to discuss self-assessment procedure on Wednesday chaired by Vice-Chancellor Dr Mohammad Rasul Jan.
Mr Jan said the way of teaching and understanding level achieved could only be judged by the concerned students sitting in classrooms. He said rating of a course
