President Asif Ali Zardari on the advice of the Prime Minister on Saturday approved the “Representation of the people (amendment) Ordinance, 2013”.
Spokesperson to the President Senator Farhatullah Babar said the Ordinance which amends the representation of the people Act, 1976 by inserting a new section 86 B, provides for punishment for violation of code of conduct.
