PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday issued show-cause notices to owners of houses in the University Town to appear and explain their position in converting residential houses into commercial buildings.
A two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth also directed the Town-III administration to produce a complete record of commercial buildings and plazas on the next hearing.
