RAWALPINDI: District returning officer (DRO) Rawalpindi has handed over latest android cell phones to returning officers (ROs) for better communication and performance on Election Day on May 11 (today).
The latest mobile phones will enable ROs to contact concerned officials in time in case of any untoward incident. Some of the features of mobile phone include that pressing Zero button means that polling could not be started, pressing ‘One’ indicates that polling has been started,
