KARACHI - Sindh Chief Secretary Muhammad Ijaz Chaudhry has advised the secretaries of Planning & Development of Local Government Department to jointly ensure the expeditious activation of the Pakistan Textile City Limited (PTCL), in accordance with its charter.
He expressed these view while presiding over a review meeting pertaining to the issues of PTCL. The main issue was identified as water connection problem, which required ample funds. The KWSB authorities, apprised the meeting that
