Six Pakistan Air Force fighter jets will escort Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's plane when it enters Pakistani airspace today (Wednesday), symbolising close ties between the two sides in the defence and strategic sectors.
According to officials, six JF-17 Thunder jets developed and built jointly by China and Pakistan will guide Air China Boeing-747 carrying the Chinese premier to Nur Khan airbase in Chaklala, where a 21-gun salute will mark Keqiang's arrival. The fighter aircraft
