Summers are back and so are skin woes. No worries; follow these tips!
To prevent wrinkles, stay out of the sun, especially between 10 am and 4pm.
Take plenty of water.
Wear proper sunglasses and a hat with a broad brim.
Wear protective clothing and plenty of sunscreen, if possible.
Strive to apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before stepping outside, and always reapply it after contact with water or sweating.
