CAIRO: Militants fired rocket-propelled grenades at two buses packed with Egyptian policemen in Sinai on Monday, killing 24 in the deadliest attack of its kind in years, medical and security sources said.
At least two others were injured when the unknown militants fired on the
buses as they headed towards the town of Rafah on the border with the
Palestinian Gaza Strip.
The attack was the deadliest in the Sinai in years, exceeding the toll from an August 2012 attack on
