Call to create awareness about Parkinson’s disease in Pakistan and Asia
LAHORE: Medical experts have revealed that the number of specialists is extremely low in comparison with the increasing rate of Parkinson’s disease in Pakistan and Asia. “There are just 100 neuro physicians for a population of 180 million people in the country,” experts added while addressing a seminar on “Live a Complete Life with Parkinson’s” organised by the Mir Khalil-ur-Rahman Memorial Society (Jang Group of Newspapers) in collaboration with Pakistan Parkinson’s Society here
