CJP to administer oath to Justice Tasadduq Jilani as acting CEC
FP Monitoring DeskISLAMABAD: Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani will take oath as acting Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) today (Saturday), Local tv reported.Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will administer the oath to Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani in a ceremony at the Supreme Court Lahore Registry.CEC slot had fallen vacant after premature resignation of Justice (retired) Fakhruddin G.
