KARACHI: During recent torrential rains when many parts of the city were submerged in rainwater, officials of the only state-run department to drain out water from these areas, the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB), were busy passing blames on others for water coming there way.
Managing Director KWSB Misbahuddin Farid said that due to rain water coming from other cities of the province especially Hyderabad, Dadu, Kotri and other cities, lower ground level areas including Saadi Town,
