Indian Deputy HC summoned over LoC firing
ISLAMABAD: The Indian Deputy High Commissioner was summoned to the Foreign Office on Wednesday to lodge a protest over Indian firing at the Line of Control (LoC). A captain of the Pakistan Army was martyred and a soldier wounded in the latest incident of Indian forces opening unprovoked firing at the LoC. Indian forces opened unprovoked fire at Shakma sector near Skardu on Tuesday night at 11:15 PM. Pakistani forces responded to the firing and the exchange of fire continued for several hours.
