ISLAMABAD, Visibly under pressure by criticism from different quarters, the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) finally conducted interviews for appointing principals at different colleges a day before Eid holidays.
In the process, the rules were not only violated, but the interviews were held in haste due to which some senior teachers were caught unawares and juniors were preferred.
