NA-48 by-election: PTI, PML-N in two-horse race to finish line

ISLAMABAD:  The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is likely to challenge the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the capital a second time around as voters in Islamabad’s NA-48 head to the by-polls on Thursday.
