LAHORE: Opposition parties on Tuesday held a protest demonstration oustide the Punjab Assembly against a new local body bill.
Speaking on this occasion, PTI leader Mahmud ur Rashid said that his party would go to court if the provincial governemnt did not refrain from passing what he called the dictator-era bill.
Members of opposition parties attended the session wearing black armbands. They said that an effective protest would be staged agaisnt the new bill.
